Welcome to Wyka. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wyka platform, including our website (wyka.ae), dashboard (app.wyka.ae), and Canva app. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. Wyka is operated by Realtor Media Kits 2026.
1. Who Can Use Wyka
Wyka is designed for licensed real estate professionals, primarily in Dubai and the wider UAE market. By using Wyka, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are using Wyka for legitimate business purposes
The information you provide is accurate and up to date
You have the right to use any property data, images, and branding you upload
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@wyka.ae if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3. Subscription and Payment
Pricing: Wyka is offered on a subscription basis:
AED 149 per month (monthly plan)
AED 129 per month (annual plan, billed annually)
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@wyka.ae within 14 days.
Price changes: We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email.
4. How You Can Use Wyka
You may:
Use Wyka to create marketing materials for your own real estate listings
Download and share designs you create
Connect your Canva account to use our templates and data-drag features
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Wyka's templates or functionality
Use Wyka to create content that is misleading, fraudulent, or illegal
Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform in bulk
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
Use the platform to impersonate another person or agency
Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the property data, images, branding, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading it, you grant Wyka a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content, including ensuring you have the right to use any photos, logos, or descriptions, and that your listings comply with UAE real estate regulations (including RERA requirements).
6. Our Content
Wyka's templates, designs, platform code, brand, and all other materials we provide ("Wyka Content") are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Wyka Content only as part of your subscription and only for your own marketing purposes.
7. Canva Integration
Wyka integrates with Canva via Canva's official APIs. Your use of Canva is also subject to Canva's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations within Canva itself.
8. Third-Party Services
Wyka relies on third-party services including Canva, Stripe, Bubble, and Railway. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties, though we will do our best to keep the service running smoothly.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep Wyka available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Breach these Terms
Fail to pay your subscription
Use the platform in a way that harms other users, our business, or third parties
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@wyka.ae or cancelling from the dashboard.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Wyka is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific requirement you have. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Wyka's total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Wyka against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
